Jimi Tenor
is one of the most eccentric characters in electronic music. The Finnish jazz-bred multi-instrumentalist adds always some blackness and humor to his techno. That’s maybe why his debut album was released on prestigious Warp Records in 1996. His live perfomances are outstanding and he continues to explore new sonic dimensions – for instance recently through a collaboartion with Tony Allen.
