Editors
are a Birmingham rock group formed in 2002 and have already sold over two million records worldwide. With a Mercury Prize nomination in 2005 and their second album topping the UK charts, Tom Smith, Chris Urbanowicz, Russell Leetch and Ed Lay could soon be Britain’s coolest band. Their brand of dark indie rock is habitually compared to the sound of bands such as Echo & The Bunnymen, Interpol, U2 and of course Joy Division.
