Bebel Gilberto
recorded her first album at the tender age of seven and performed at the age of nine with Stan Getz at the prestigious Carnegie Hall. Having João Gilberto and Miúcha as her parents and Chico Buarque as her uncle, Bebel stems from Brazil’s leading musical family. After moving to New York in 1991 she developed her own musical identity and worked with artists like David Byrne, Amon Tobin and Arto Lindsay.
