Jimmy Edgar
is the youngest Wunderkid out of Detroit. The Detroit of Juan Atkins, Derrick May or Kevin Saunderson on one hand; the Detroit of Eminem or D12 on the other. The electronic savant and general creative maelstrom is also an accomplished fashion photographer and brooding visual artist. Recently he moved from his hometwon to Berlin.
It really reminds me of highschool, for musical content, not lyrical.

«Notice Me» was the first one, it was really underground 80s pop. Though «Off the Wall» was the first I really got into. I still do a frequent jam to it.
I will have my best friend mix some spoken word and ambient/soundscape environment sketches I did.
I usually try to change it up, but I can mention the «Lost Highway» soundtrack. It’s a soundtrack to a very good David Lynch film, has some brilliant jazz tunes on it. Second choice would be «My Life».
I’m a sucker for R’n’B. This songs structure and melody is amazing.
