Howe Gelb
has an approach to music which is collaborative and he has recorded with a number of side projects. The most successful venture is Giant Sand with whom he recorded 24 albums since 1985. But also as a solo musician the Tuscon-based singer/songwriter is very productive and released 19 long players so far.
